DescriptionPermanent position for a Manufacturing Engineer for compressed air equipment and systems.
Improve manufacturing efficiencies by analyzing and optimizing workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Ensure that all equipment is operational, and coordinates required maintenance and repair services.
Design testing methods, tests finished products, establish standards, and confirm manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to support production, increase efficiency, and reduce downtime.
Implement projects aimed at reducing costs and scrap, while improving production consistency.
Develop and maintain Drawings and Bills of Material, and ensure these documents are accurate and current.
Maintain product and process database.
RequirementsMinimum 5 years hands-on work experience with manufacturing processes and procedures.
Experience with compressed air applications.
Strong technical and analytical ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with CAD software.
PLC experience a plus.
