We are quickly changing and growing globally and need a dynamic, flexible, and knowledgeable individual who wants to be part of our culture while focusing on the work it takes The bookkeeper is responsible for the practices and procedures to ensure timely and accurate records and reports and provide assistant to other financial functions.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Reviews and management of open/pending vendor transactions Vendor receiving's and payable processing Ability to understand and apply basic accounting principles; have a strong mathematical and problem-solving aptitude Work preparation:
aggregation, organization, and quality control review of scheduled transactions including analysis of settlements versus historical and market trends Vendor pre-settlement and follow-up communication Schedules, processes, and reviews payable assorted with settlement creation Metal management of metal transfers, physical shipments against settlements, etc.
Requirements:
Finance or related field preferred Strict attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and have good time management skills with the ability to work with minimum supervision, while still meeting deadlines Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles Ability to work with a team and independently with minimal directions with emphasis on accuracy and timelines Job Type:
