Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Provides account information to customers via email, chat and phone Assists customers with inquiries and concerns about product and orders Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries Processes a high volume of customers transactions Ensures all necessary information is accurate and included prior to completing transaction.

2 years of call center/ order processing experience Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Recommended Skills Call Centers Communication Knowledge Base Multitasking Order Picking Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
